Terms of Service

1. Service description

HatchSolo is an AI-powered launch system that helps founders validate business ideas, create brand identities, build products, and launch them. The service is operated by Ant vs Bear Ltd.

2. Your content

You retain full ownership of your ideas, brand assets, and built products. HatchSolo claims no ownership over any content you create through the platform.

You grant HatchSolo a limited, non-exclusive license to process your inputs (idea descriptions, build instructions) solely for the purpose of providing the service and improving our algorithms. This license is revocable — you can request deletion at any time by emailing hello@avb.xyz.

3. No idea protection

HatchSolo does not guarantee that your idea is unique or protectable. We do not perform trademark or patent searches. You are responsible for ensuring your product does not infringe on others' intellectual property.

4. AI-generated content

HatchSolo uses AI (Claude by Anthropic) to generate scores, analysis, brand elements, and code. AI outputs may contain errors. Scores are indicative, not guarantees of success. Always apply your own judgment before making business decisions based on HatchSolo outputs.

The scoring system improves over time based on aggregate, anonymised outcomes from all users. Individual idea content is never shared between users.

5. Pricing and payment

• Free tier: unlimited mini scores (3-dimension quick score).
• Starter ($299): full scoring + validation + brand creation for up to 2 ideas.
• Builder ($999): everything in Starter + build engine + coaching.
• Launch ($2,499): everything in Builder + full launch automation + 30-day measurement.
• Portfolio ($499/month): unlimited access for serial founders.

All one-time purchases are processed by Stripe. Prices are in USD.

6. Refund policy

• Starter ($299): refund within 7 days if no FW-00 report has been generated.
• Builder ($999): refund within 14 days if no build session has started.
• Launch ($2,499): refund within 7 days if no work has commenced.
• No refund after reports, builds, or brand assets have been delivered (digital product).
• Portfolio: cancel anytime, no refund for the current billing period.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use HatchSolo to:

• Build products that are illegal in your jurisdiction.
• Generate content that is harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the scoring algorithms.
• Resell or redistribute HatchSolo outputs as a competing service.

8. Service availability

HatchSolo uses third-party services (Claude API, DataForSEO, Vercel, Supabase, Recraft). We cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We are not liable for downtime of third-party services.

9. Limitation of liability

HatchSolo provides tools and analysis to support your business decisions. We are not responsible for business outcomes. Scores and recommendations are based on AI analysis and available data — they are not guarantees of success or failure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ant vs Bear Ltd's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
