• Account data: Email address and password (hashed) when you create an account.
• Business submissions: The business ideas, descriptions, and details you submit for scoring, validation, and building.
• Generated content: Brand assets, logos, websites, and other outputs created during your sessions.
• Usage data: Pages visited, features used, session duration, device type.
• Payment data: Processed securely by Stripe. We do not store card details.

• To provide the service (scoring, validation, brand creation, website building, coaching).
• To improve our service using anonymised, aggregated data.
• To communicate with you about your account and projects.
• To process payments.
• To detect and prevent abuse or fraud.

How we protect your ideas

Your business ideas, brand assets, and project details are never shared with other users or made public. We do not use your specific ideas to build competing products. We may use anonymised, aggregated data (with all identifying details removed) to improve our scoring and recommendation systems.

Who we share data with

We use the following third-party services to operate HatchSolo:

• Cloud hosting: Database and application hosting (EU region).
• AI processing: AI analysis of your ideas and generation of content. Our AI providers do not train on your data.
• Search data: Keyword research data (search volumes, competition) to validate demand for your ideas.
• Logo generation: Text descriptions are sent to generate logo designs.
• Payment processing: Stripe handles all payments securely.

We do not sell personal data to third parties.
